Creation process:

I used to play Halloween cat Google Doodle. One of the spells you cast is a swirl, which I always drew as a lowercase e. It was just faster, but while making this, I figured if a swirl was e, then an e could be a swirl. The first e I made was what is now a with the curve in the line above. When talking to my cousin, I explained a and e because a was in his name, and I realized the a looked like an e, so I swapped them so that the e actually looked like an e.

How to draw

Start with the inside swirl. Make sure that the line is at the bottom. The continued line may continue out in any manner as long as it looks like the original symbol.
